Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when you create an account or contact us (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, company details and fiscal code), the technical data of your device (fingerprint, IP address, browser) and the data generated by the use of our services (orders, recharges, SIM activations, documents uploaded).
How we use your data
We use your data only to provide the services you requested, to manage your account, to process payments and recharges, to send you the OTP codes and the operational communications (invoice, receipts, service notifications) and to comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
Data security
Your data is stored on protected servers and is reachable only by the staff who need it for the requested service. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, the access tokens are signed and stored in secure (httpOnly) cookies, and every access to the customer area is recorded in the system log.

Cookies
We use technical cookies to keep you signed in (session, refresh token and device fingerprint) and to remember your language preference. They expire automatically after 7 days and are not used for profiling or advertising purposes.

Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how a service can be refunded. It applies to the digital services sold through this website and through the Genzam IT dashboard.
Request window
A refund request must be sent within 14 days from the purchase date. Requests received after that deadline cannot be accepted, unless the service has not been delivered or has been delivered partially.
Non-refundable cases
The following cases cannot be refunded: services that have been fully used (for example a recharge already credited to your balance or a SIM activation already completed), custom developments that have been started, and requests caused by a violation of the terms and conditions of the website.
How to request a refund
Send an e-mail to info@genzam.it with the order reference, the reason of the request and the data of the payment method used. Our team will review the request and will reply within 7 working days.
Refund method
The refund is credited with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the method is no longer available. In that case the amount is credited to the balance of your Genzam IT account and can be used for any other service.
